Climbing is a community sport and climbers in general are a very friendly bunch. As a climbing company we want to make sure that that this climbing ethos is carried through everything we do. Shopping online can be a very impersonal experience with the company hidden behind a curtain of secrecy.
Well at Overhang Ltd we want to make sure that is not the case, and customer service is our priority. Whether you are shopping in our shop or attending one of our events it is important that you have the best possible experience. So myself Joby Ingram-Dodd and my fellow director Jason Pather make the following promisees.
1. You will always be met with a friendly welcome, be it at one of our events, a trade show or our mobile shop, we will always be pleased to see you.
2. You can always contact us. For more information, to solve a problem or just to chat. Email is our favourite but snail mail and phone work to, all the contact details are on the website.
3. If there is a problem with your order we will replace the product without question.
4. You always have the option to return a product and as long as it unused you will get a full refund.
Customer service is something we feel passionately about almost as much as climbing. So if you think we can improve in any way then please let us know and we will add it to our procedures. We have some very exciting plans for the company and hope to see you at the crag soon. Don’t forget to check you harness and be safe.
